ESMT Berlin opens branch office in China
The opening ceremony in Shanghai included the forum “Competition and Cooperation between Chinese and German Business.” The event was attended by members of the ESMT Executive Management Committee, executives of Chinese companies, as well as high-ranking guests from Germany and abroad. With its subsidiary in China, ESMT will support companies in China and Germany to learn from each other in order to advance business activities around the world. ESMT’s expertise in technology management, leadership, European competitiveness, and doing business in Germany provides an important foundation. “With a dedicated office in China, ESMT is intensifying its international focus. This base will allow us to react even more quickly to the special requirements of customers. In this way, we can offer continuing education programs that better meet both the needs of European companies active in Asia and Asian companies doing business in Europe,” said Olaf Plötner, dean of executive education at ESMT.
